All orders are processed upon receipt. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non - business days. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing and 2 - 14 business days for delivery (based on distance and post office delays). Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. All orders received after 3:00PM EST will be processed the next business day.  You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. 

If you are having issues with your order, please email us for assistance.  If a return is approved, the cost of shipping on return item(s) is at customers expense. Digital content and other downloaded purchases  are not returnable or refundable. Please make sure your email address is correct during checkout.  Please make sure your mailing address is correct. We reserve the right to deny the return. Return tracking information is required to process all approved returns. 

All sessions scheduled under the “Book Me” tab must be paid in full to complete scheduling. Scheduled sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled twice.
